No user intervention is required in this step 2. Just wait for the Windows 7 setup process to load the file in preparation to continue.
Select Language to install, Time and currency format, and Keyboard or input method you want to use in Windows 7. Click [Next].
Click on the Repair your computer link at the bottom-left of the Windows Install window. This link will start Windows 7 System starup Recovery which contains some diagnostics and repair tools, one of which is Startup Repair. Note: Do not click [Install Now], because it leads to a new installation, not a repair.
Now System Recovery Options, which contains the Startup Repair tool, will search the hard drive where there is a Windows 7 installation. You do not need to do anything here except wait.
Select the Windows 7 installation that you want to repair. Click the [Next] button. Note: Do not worry if the drive letter in the Location column does not match the drive letter you know where Windows 7 is installed on your PC. For example, as you can see above, my Windows 7 installation is listed on drive D: but I know that it is actually a C: drive when Windows 7 is running.
Click on the Startup Repair link from the list of recovery tools in System Recovery Options. In this guide, we just repair the operating system files using the Startup Repair tool.

Startup Repair will now try to fix whatever problems are found with Windows 7 files. No user intervention is needed during this step. Important: Your computer may or may not restart several times during the repair process. Do not boot from Windows 7 DVD on every restart so the repair resumes. If you do, you'll start all over again. Note: If Startup Repair does not find a problem with Windows 7, you will not see this step.
Click the [Finish] button and Restart your computer to complete the repair and start Windows 7 normally.
IMPORTANT: It is possible that Startup Repair does not resolve any issues you are facing. It really depends on the degree of damage your system is experiencing, meaning if it is too severe then this process is not able to cope. If that happens, please think of another way.
